Hoop, Scoops & Shots combines four popular sports to give you a fun and exciting learning experience with basketball, lacrosse or jai alai, and hockey. In basketball, you'll learn the basics of passing, shooting, and ball-handling. Lacrosse and jai alai will teach you cradling, passing, scooping, and catching. In hockey, you'll focus on groundstrokes, serves, net play, and more. These skills, along with game play, create a confidence-building environment for you. You'll develop physical skills like agility, accuracy, flexibility, balance, endurance, coordination, and speed.
