Adult Basic Education (ABE) Early Learning is for children that have a parent/guardian attending ABE (Adult Basic Education) classes at the Wayzata Early Learning School. Parent/Guardian must be onsite for children to attend.
Wayzata Kids is a school-age childcare program.

Online Youth Classes
Students will be introduced to object-oriented programming and elements of the Java language while learning to code their text-based RPG (Role Playing Game).
No programming experience is necessary, but familiarity with common tasks using a computer operating system (text-editing and understanding directory structures) and good keyboarding skills is required.
Tech Academy's virtual classes feature engaging interactive instruction in a collaborative learning environment. For each session, students will also be given access to our online classroom, which will feature recordings of the lessons and a curriculum guide with all the steps covered in class, along with instructions for project extensions. To protect students' privacy, we do not share videos of the actual classes, but we will have follow-along recordings reviewing the instructions and activities done in class.
