ABE Early Learning is for children that have a parent/guardian attending ABE (Adult Basic Education) classes at the Wayzata Early Learning School. Parent/Guardian must be onsite for children to attend.

Online Youth Classes
Bring your creations to life in this 3D printing class. The ancient craft of jewelry making is brought to the modern world using TinkerCAD.
Students will learn to build 3D models on the computer using CAD software. They will design a pair of earrings and a ring. Students can pick one project to be printed.
Tech Academy's virtual classes feature engaging interactive instruction in a collaborative learning environment. For each session, students will also be given access to our online classroom, which will feature recordings of the lessons and a curriculum guide with all the steps covered in class, along with instructions for project extensions. To protect students’ privacy, we do not share videos of the actual classes, but we will have follow-along recordings reviewing the instructions and activities done in class.
Home Technical Requirements:
TinkerCAD (login information will be provided during class)
●Computer: PC (Windows 7 or later) or Mac (OSX) with at least a 2GHz processor and 4GB of RAM
Chromebooks, Tablets, and phones will NOT Work.
●Internet: Broadband internet
●Webcam
●Microphone and Speakers
●Zoom Installed on Computer
Students should be comfortable using a PC, mouse, and keyboard.
