Wayzata Community Ed

An online full body workout using movement inspired by yoga, ballet, drumming and traditional exercises. Movements and music will vary to make it an enjoyable fitness experience. All levels. You will receive an email with instructions from ZYF at least 24 hours before class begins. Participants will build strength, mobility, balance, and endurance so they can look and feel their best. Join this unique 60-minute outdoor snow yoga class where the beauty of winter meets the tranquility of yoga. Flow through a series of gentle poses designed to warm and energize your body as you connect with nature. Dress in your winter layers to stay warm and bring a yoga mat or blanket for seated poses. This class is designed for all yoga experience levels.

Pilates exercises on a NEW level. Various small equipment items are used to bring intensity and variety to your Pilates workout. The focus is on facial movement, standing functional training, balance and strength. Challenging for all levels. Bring to class: Hand towel, mat, large ball (If you do not have a large ball, wait to purchase until after the first class). This class will be in-person and be streamed live over Zoom. You choose how you'd like to attend!
