Book Study: "Raising Good Humans" by Hunter Clarke-Fields MSAE 

Join this engaging 10-week book study for parents of preschool-aged children, based on Hunter Clarke-Fields’ Raising Good Humans: A Mindful Guide to Breaking the Cycle of Reactive Parenting and Raising Kind, Confident Kids. Led by a licensed parent educator, this course provides a supportive space for parents to learn and discuss mindfulness-based strategies for reducing reactivity, fostering emotional resilience, and promoting cooperation in young children. Participants will explore techniques to become more calm, present, and compassionate in their parenting.

  • Schedule: 1 session per week for 10 weeks
  • Participants: Parents of preschool-aged children (must provide their own copy of the book)
  • Format: Discussion-based with mindfulness activities and reflection

Child care available for an additional fee as space allows.
