Classes - Adult / Special Interest -
Adult Classes Fall 2025
As your parents—and you—grow older, it’s natural for caregiving roles to shift. Many adults find themselves navigating the delicate balance of supporting their parents while respecting their independence. This class offers practical strategies for initiating open, thoughtful conversations about aging before challenges arise. Learn how to approach age-related topics with sensitivity, what essential information you’ll need from your parents, and how to prepare for the future without feeling like you're parenting your parents.
