Feeding the ADHD Brain

Adult Classes Fall 2025

Whether you have been formally diagnosed with ADHD or not, food and nutrition can play an integral role in how well you are able to focus and function. This class will cover a little bit about the brain chemistry of ADHD, how foods can help or hurt a person's ability to get on task and stay there, and which supplements have been shown to reduce symptoms of ADHD.

Brenna Thompson


Brenna Thompson is a registered and licensed dietitian, with a Master’s Degree in Applied Nutrition. She is passionate about teaching people how foods interact with their body and helping patients learn how what they eat affects how they feel. When not taking care of her two boys she enjoys gardening, cooking, lifting weights, and seeing patients at Stepping Stone Clinic in Richfield, MN.
