Whether you have been formally diagnosed with ADHD or not, food and nutrition can play an integral role in how well you are able to focus and function. This class will cover a little bit about the brain chemistry of ADHD, how foods can help or hurt a person's ability to get on task and stay there, and which supplements have been shown to reduce symptoms of ADHD.
