Progressive Strength on Zoom

Adult Classes Fall 2025

Build lean muscle and definition, creating a higher calorie burn at rest and stronger bones. Regardless of where you start, you will reach a new fitness level. We begin with a dynamic warm-up and then use hand weights and body weight to strengthen major muscle groups using simple and slow movements. We finish with static stretches to improve mobility. Wednesday and Thursday classes in the same week will focus on different muscle groups, so feel free to sign up for both. Recordings are provided. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, but you should be able to get down on the floor and back up. Modifications and challenges will be offered.

Have 2 sets of hand weights available for use during class.

After hundreds of hours of training and more than a decade of leading classes, Julie is very happy to guide you and encourage you in your fitness journey. Julie’s guiding principle is to deliver the classes she’d want to take - carefully planned, set to fun music, with lots of variety of movement. She is passionate about making fitness not something that we have to do but something that we WANT to do. Together we can all look and feel our best.
