Adult Basic Education (ABE) Early Learning is for children that have a parent/guardian attending ABE (Adult Basic Education) classes at the Wayzata Early Learning School. Parent/Guardian must be onsite for children to attend.
Wayzata Kids is a school-age childcare program.

Online Youth Classes
Pilates exercises on a NEW level. Various small equipment items are used to bring intensity and variety to your Pilates workout. The focus is on facial movement, standing functional training, balance and strength. Challenging for all levels.
Bring to class: Hand towel, mat, large ball (If you do not have a large ball, wait to purchase until after the first class).
This class will be in-person and be streamed live over Zoom. You choose how you'd like to attend!
Joan Mielke Nimerfroh is an ACE Gold certified fitness instructor and trainer for over 30 years. She attained a complete certification thru STOTT Pilates©, and is one of the few Twin Cities instructors trained by Moria Stott Merrithew. She enjoys golf, gardening and functional movement.
