Immerse yourself in the therapeutic cycles of hot and cold temperatures, with alternating sauna sessions designed to refresh and restore. The woodfired sauna experience will melt away stress as you enjoy the calming, aromatic fragrances of essential oil-infused steam. Alternate between the heat of the sauna and a refreshing plunge in the cold tank. 

Bring a towel and wear swim attire or loose fitting clothing and sandals or flip flops.
