Online Youth Classes
You, too, can create a story to tell to a child that will enhance your relationship, inspire and teach them in a gentle indirect way. This class will be helpful to parents and caregivers, grandparents, teachers, social workers and other professionals who interact with children regularly. No experience is necessary. You will learn how to construct and tell a simple story that can address a challenge a child faces, emphasize their strengths or celebrate an accomplishment. This person-to-person interaction is a gift that is both wanted and sorely needed for our young people in an age of screen time. The class will be easy-going, fun and enjoyable. There will be no pressure to perform.
This class is for adults only and is geared towards parents and caregivers of preschool and elementary-aged children.
Scholarships are available through Community Ed by completing our online form.
