Introduction to Powerlifting


Classes - Youth / Middle School / Sports and Fitness -
Youth Classes Fall 2025

Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Proper form for lifts will be taught. In addition to the three powerlifting lifts, other lifts and exercises to support the development of powerlifting and strength training will be taught.

This is open to all skill levels and genders. Each lifter will use plans based on their current level.
