Step into the world of 3D printing and bring your ideas to life! This class is perfect for beginners who love to draw, design, and see their creations take shape. Students will learn the basics of 3D modeling and printing using Tinkercad, designing custom parts for their very own robots. By the end of the week, they’ll have built two exciting DC-powered robots—a sketchbot and a drive bot. This hands-on course encourages creativity and problem-solving, and students will need to be comfortable using a laptop and mouse to design their robots.

Step into a world of magic and innovation with 3D printing! This class is perfect for students with little to no experience in 3D printing and is ideal for those who love to draw, design, and see their creations come to life. From wands to wizarding tools, they’ll craft their own creations from scratch, printing and taking home two of their favorite designs. To ensure everyone can bring their magic to life, some creations may be scaled down for printing during class. Students should be comfortable using a laptop and mouse to design their enchanted projects!

Bring your Minecraft world to life with 3D printing! This class is perfect for students with little to no experience in 3D printing and is ideal for those who love to design and see their ideas come to life. Students will learn the basics of 3D modeling and printing using Tinkercad, applying the Engineering Design Process to create their own Minecraft-inspired designs from scratch. They’ll choose two creations to print in class and take home. To ensure everyone can print their designs, some items may be scaled down for class-time printing. Students should be comfortable using a laptop and mouse to bring their Minecraft visions to life!

Create Nintendo-themed characters using TinkerCAD while learning 3D design skills. Also do fun Nintendo-inspired challenges and create themed video games while waiting for the prints to finish. One to two student-designed projects will be printed and sent home. Nintendo is a trademark of Nintendo America Inc. and this camp is not affiliated with them.

Students will design 3D objects using TinkerCAD and us the 3D slicing program Cura to bring their creations to life. We will be designing a droid! Create fun designs to complete different out of this world CAD challenges and create themed video games while waiting for models to print. Two 3D models will be printed to bring home. This interactive class builds teens' self-confidence as they learn important life-long skills that help them succeed in life. Topics include outstanding first impressions, introductions, dining etiquette, and more! Teens will be encouraged to practice the skills that were learned following each class. Topics Include: First Impressions & Communication Master your first impression – Learn how to introduce yourself with confidence and make a great first impression. Conversation skills & networking – Master small talk, active listening, and how to keep a conversation going without awkward silences. Digital Etiquette Own your virtual presence – Tips to look and sound your best on video calls Tech manners that matter – Learn when (and when NOT) to use your phone, email etiquette, and video call dos and don’ts. Dining Etiquette Formal dining made easy – No stress! Learn how to handle formal dinners, tricky utensils, and proper table manners. Table etiquette 101 – What to do with your napkin, how to signal you're done eating, and how to avoid common dining mistakes.

Abdominal muscles weaken and lose shape due to past pregnancies, surgeries, sitting at a desk all day, being sedentary and poor posture. Learn a series of extremely effective exercises to quickly strengthen all four layers of abdominal, WITHOUT stressing back or neck joints and WITHOUT getting on the floor. Common abdominal exercises like crunches can place too much stress on back and neck joints. This class is being held online, interactive through Zoom. You can choose to enable your camera and audio, or just view the live content. More information will be sent before class.

Acupressure is a healing technique that works with how energy flows through your body. Just as you have blood that flows through vessels, you have energy that flows through pathways called meridians. Acupressure involves pressing or massaging key points on the body to stimulate energy flow which can offer great relief with no side effects. We will focus on the points that relieve and prevent migraines and headaches as well as nausea and vertigo. This class is being held online, interactive through Zoom. More information will be sent after enrollment and before class.

Get up and running with the best photo editing program on the market. Learn the basics of cropping, re-sizing, rotating photos and saving them in different formats. Then go on to use the tools to fix flaws, adjust lighting, and improve your results. Learn the basics of using layers and creating panoramic photos. Students must have PhotoShop or PhotoShop Elements installed on their laptops.

First Sail Adventure A fun first introductory single evening sailing lesson, for adults, in a small group setting (1 Instructor : 3 students). Learn the basics and experience the excitement of sailing on Lake Minnetonka! Lessons begin with sailing basics ashore, followed by hands-on instruction with one of Wayzata Sailing's certified instructors. Skills include basic tiller steering, points of sail, and sail trim. Dress appropriately for the weather and outdoors. Personal flotation device and boat provided. Ages 15+. If you have any mobility concerns please contact Wayzata Sailing before registering!

Ahoy mates! Join us as we explore the world of pirates with new drawing adventures. Pirates, treasure maps, sunken treasures, parrots, a grand pirate ship, and more will inspire us as we draw, using cartoon and realistic drawing techniques. Kids love drawing our playful, expressive characters and will complete several drawings each day using the unique Young Rembrandts drawing method. Get ready for pirate fun and enroll today!

This archery program will accommodate any and all archers regardless of experience, beginners are welcome and highly encouraged to attend. The National Archery in Schools Program (NASP) curriculum will be used to learn archery from the ground up. While learning archery skills students will have a chance to play some fun games, improve focus, patience, self-control, and self confidence. Equipment is provided. Come learn and enjoy a sport that you can participate in for a lifetime!!
