It explores how modern societal stressors and technology impact children’s emotional well-being. Parents will learn how anxiety shows up at different ages and gain practical strategies to support emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy digital habits.This program is made possible through funding by the Partners for Healthy Kids grant and the Wayzata Public Schools District Liaison Committee.This presentation is being held online through Zoom.
