Adult Classes Summer 2026

Build lean muscle and definition. More muscle means a faster metabolism, stronger bones, and visible tone. This class will meet you where you are and help you reach the next level. Modifications and challenges will be offered. Join live or watch recordings at your convenience.

Note: Classes on the same day but at different times will target different muscle groups.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels, but you should be able to get down on the floor and back up again. Please have 2 sets of hand weights and a mat available for class.

After hundreds of hours of training and over a decade of leading classes, Julie will lead and encourage you in your fitness journey. Julie’s guiding principle is to deliver the classes she’d want to take - carefully planned, backed by the latest exercise science, and set to fun music. She is passionate about making fitness something we want to do, not something we have to do. Together, we can all look and feel our best.
