Parenting with the Brain in Mind

Classes - Adult / Special Interest -
Adult Classes Winter/Spring 2026

This parenting presentation helps parents of preschoolers through tweens learn how to discipline effectively without losing connection with their children. Using a developmental and brain-based approach, parents will gain insight into age-appropriate behavior, emotional regulation and practical discipline strategies that strengthen relationships while teaching lifelong skills.

This program is made possible through funding by the Partners for Healthy Kids grant and the Wayzata Public Schools District Liaison Committee.

This presentation is being held online through Zoom. More information will be sent before class.
