Adult Classes Winter/Spring 2026

Torch belly fat and strengthen your heart with smart, interval-based cardio. Designed to reduce harmful visceral fat without spiking stress hormones. We warm up dynamically and then move through several one-minute intervals, with time for moderate effort, intense effort, and rest in each interval. We finish with static stretches. Join live on Friday mornings or use recordings at your convenience.This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, but you should be able to get down on the floor and back up.

After hundreds of hours of training and over a decade of leading classes, Julie will lead and encourage you in your fitness journey. Julie’s guiding principle is to deliver the classes she’d want to take - carefully planned, backed by the latest exercise science, and set to fun music. She is passionate about making fitness something we want to do, not something we have to do. Together, we can all look and feel our best.
