Unless otherwise noted, refunds will be given when a registration is withdrawn at least 3 business days (M-F) before the start date of the class. Call our office at 763-745-5200 or email CommunityEd@wayzataschools.org regarding withdrawals. Full refunds are given when Community Ed cancels a class.

This class will take place outdoors on the tennis courts at Oakwood Elementary School.

Pilates Reformer Principles

This class is geared towards the beginner that is new to Reformer Pilates. Reformer Pilates exercises will cover principles like breath, core stability, elongation, spine articulation, alignment and quality of movement. Strengthen your core, overall body strength, flexibility and joint mobility. Taught by comprehensively trained Pilates trainers and physical therapists. Pilates MN and Physical Therapy is located at 2355 Polaris Ln N, Plymouth, MN 55447.

Pilates Plus
Fitness

Pilates exercises on a NEW level. Various small equipment items are used to bring intensity and variety to your Pilates workout. The focus is on facial movement, standing functional training, balance and strength. Challenging for all levels. Bring to class: Hand towel, mat, large ball (If you do not have a large ball, wait to purchase until after the first class). This class will be in-person and be streamed live over Zoom. You choose how you'd like to attend!

Bunny Yoga

Join us and Rabbit Rescue of MN for a hoppin' good time! Yoga instructor Kim Cramer will lead you through relaxing yoga postures while the most adorable foster bunnies frolic and play. This class is suitable for all levels; no yoga experience necessary. Rabbit Rescue of MN will bring 15-20 of their adoptable foster bunnies. The bunnies love joining you on and around your mat! You will be sure to leave with a smile. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Youth ages 10-17 may register and attend with a registered adult (only 1 youth per each adult). For the safety of the bunnies, all participants will need to stay on their yoga mat during the entire session and are to not pick up the bunnies at any time. After class, volunteers from Rabbit Rescue will happily assist if you would like a photo with a bunny.
