NFL Flag Football League

Youth Classes Winter/Spring 2026

This is a 6-week flag football league that meets each Saturday. Day 1 will be practice only, and Days 2-6 will include a 15 minute practice followed by a 1 hour game for a total of 5 games. Teams will be formed based on school attended and players may request to play with a friend. League format is 5 vs 5, recreational, non-contact where players will receive equitable playing time. All teams will be coached by DASH Sports staff. Players will receive official NFL Flag Football Jerseys and flag belts that they keep.
