Enjoy longtime Yoga Teacher 500 RYT and IAYT-certified Yoga Therapist, Mikki Johnson's teaching. In this series, you will explore ways to apply asana/postures, breath, meditation, and yogasūtra to lower stress and anxiety and increase vitality. No yoga experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat.
