ABE Early Learning is for children that have a parent/guardian attending ABE (Adult Basic Education) classes at the Wayzata Early Learning School. Parent/Guardian must be onsite for children to attend.

Online Youth Classes
In this class, we introduce students to programming concepts using Scratch. Learn to create an interactive 2D video game using your FAVORITE Pokémon characters.
Scratch is a drag-and-drop creative coding platform developed by MIT. Students will be walked through step-by-step tutorials to create 2-4 working games and animations using popular Star Wars sprites. Students should have basic reading skills. With time remaining, students will be challenged to modify or improve the games created in class. Bring a USB drive to save your games on the last day.
