Early Childhood Family Education
ABE Early Learning is for children that have a parent/guardian attending ABE (Adult Basic Education) classes at the Wayzata Early Learning School. Parent/Guardian must be onsite for children to attend.
Wayzata Kids is a school-age childcare program.

Online Youth Classes
This bird bath is made with a terra-cotta drip tray. It is decorated with pieces of stained glass then grouted at the next class. It is beautiful when completed. It can be placed on the ground, on a wrought iron stand or other fun options. If weather permits, we will grout outside. A $15 supply fee is payable to the instructor at class.
Youth ages 12-17 may register and attend with a registered adult.
NOTE LOCATION: Orono Discovery Center, 5050 Independence St., Maple Plain, MN 55359, Room 201. Park in the back north side of the building and enter through Door 5.
Cindy is the Stained Glass Instructor for Orono Community Education and Wayzata Community Education. In 2003 the Discovery Center opened the Stained Glass Studio, where Cindy shares her love of stained glass with others. It had always been Cindy's dream to have a studio for people to learn, create and enjoy.
Her studies include: Colorado State University, stained glass study at local studios, Orono Community Education, and hands-on learning. "I always learn something new whenever I teach. It's fun to see how students interpret the techniques I teach. I'm truly happy to be able to see the beautiful art that happens, in so many different applications." Cindy has been sharing her passion for stained glass with students for many years.
