    Stop Smoking, Chewing Tobacco, or Vaping with Hypnosis

    If you are ready to quit smoking and chewing, hypnosis can help you stop immediately with little if any withdrawal or weight gain. Hypnosis is effective, relaxing, and you will be in control at all times. Fee includes a CD and lifetime membership card for reinforcement which allows participants to attend future seminars free, if desired. Bring a pillow, blanket or bean bag chair for added comfort. Students also interested in Weight Loss and Healthy Eating must register for both classes.   • Tantalizing Thai Cuisine

    You'll begin by preparing vietnamese summer rolls served with both hoisin and peanut sauce for dipping. Vietnamese spring rolls follow made with pork, chicken, and glass noodles stuffed in rice paper, fried crispy, and served with the classic nuoc cham for dipping. You'll then prepare Pad Thai blending the vibrant flavors of Thailand with rice noodles using chicken, eggs, chilies, garlic, basil, scallions, bean sprouts, sesame oil, lemon and crushed red pepper flakes. For dessert, refreshing Thai lime custard topped with fresh whipped cream. All ingredients and supplies for this class are included in the registration fee.

    The Assassination of President Kennedy: An In Depth Analysis

    This course will examine the discrepancies between the Warren Commission, which investigated the assassination for ten months and published their findings in September 1964; along with the conclusions reached by the United States House of Representatives that investigated the assassination for thirty-one months and published their report in March 1979. Participants will develop a rounded perspective regarding many of the controversies surrounding the assassination of President Kennedy. Each of the sessions will have ample time for participant comments and questions. Please note the dates for this class have changed since we printed our catalog. The new dates are Wednesday, April 24 and Thursday, April 25.
