  • Pilates Plus

    Join our fun enthusiastic group! We work to enhance balance, flexibility and core strength. Fascial movement incorporated with Pilates exercises. Standing functional training and more will be included in class. Large balls, medium balls, small 2 lb weighted balls, bands and other types of equipment used in classes. Check out what you have been missing. Joan is STOTT Pilates Certified. Youth ages 15 - 17 may register when accompanied by a registered adult. Bring a mat, towel and water with you to class.
  • Goat Yoga

    Increase flexibility and strengthen your core while enjoying yoga in a country atmosphere - with goats!  Class will be held at a farm in Nowthen MN. Instructor Mazie will lead us into an all-levels 60-minute vinyasa flow yoga practice. The goats will frolic around and closely interact with you during our yoga practice, they might even help deepen your stretch. The goats are certain to provide laughter and entertainment! Feel free to socialize and take advantage of the photo opportunities after the workout. No yoga/goat experience is necessary. Professional photography is included during and after each of our sessions - because everyone needs proof that they tried it!   Due to the popularity of this class, we have added two more sessions on August 3!
