Did you know that sites like YouTube, Dropbox, and Instagram are coded in Python? If you want to create your own site and share your innovation with the world, it is time to start learning Python™! In this computer programming camp, campers learn to code cool graphics, games, and programs! Campers benefit from clean syntax and other streamlined attributes within Python™ that provide a new approach to learning and understanding programming. With Python™, coders can often write code more quickly, allowing them to produce more project results in a shorter period of time. In this camp, our students learn new programming concepts and skills, develop logical thinking, and code impressive and entertaining projects! No prior programming experience is needed. Our campers receive a healthy mix of interactive learning and fun throughout the day. Besides classroom teaching and computer lab time, they will also have opportunities to play computer concept based games and participate in other fun activities. The course is designed and executed by graduates from University of Minnesota, and MIT. Teaching Assistants are high achieving undergrad computer sciences students and top AP Computer Science (score 4 or above) high school students who assist for more individualization.
