Cardio Strength Yoga
Intervals of cardio and yoga postures, deep stretching and a seated guided meditation. Strengthen and tone muscles, increase mobility, improve focus and memory. This class takes place in a quaint yoga studio in historic downtown Hamel.
Carrie is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance (500-RYT). She has 550+ hours of training and is committed to the continuous study of Yoga through reading, classes, and new experiences. Carrie began practicing yoga in 2003 for the physical benefits, and now knows there is so much more to the practice. Her hope is to help others increase mindfulness, joy, and equanimity through this delightful practice.
