Plymouth Creek Running Club
During Running Club students will experience a variety of age appropriate track and field events. Each day will consist of a low key plyometric warm up, followed by a 15-30 minute track and field workout. Each session will end with a large group game between 10-30 minutes that is fitness/sport based. This will be a great time for your student to get exercise, have fun and improve on their track and field skills. Students may register for Monday or Tuesday, or both days if you wish.
